All wetsuits and other neoprene products are guaranteed for one year against defects from materials and workmanship. Liquid Fit does not guarantee or warrant against color change, light fastness, shading, or show through of the rubber or adhesive, effects from extended exposure to ozone, ultra violet (UV) rays, chlorine or other pool chemicals, nor do we warrant against cracking and crazing due to exposure to natural elements. We do not warrant against shrinkage due to prolonged exposure to extreme heat and direct sunlight. You also indemnify Liquid Fit (hold us harmless) and its manufacturers against sensitivity or allergic reactions.

 

Thermal Fleece Skin: Our thermal fleece skins and other products made from fleece lined lycra, are guaranteed against defects from materials and workmanship for thirty days. They do not stand up to normal use and especially rough handling, as our neoprene wetsuits because the basic material, polartec (a fleece lining bonded to lycra), is just not as durable as neoprene. Consequently, the guarantee is so much shorter.

Since we make only custom suits, we cannot accept returns under any circumstances. We will spend as much time with you before the sale to assist you in making the right choice so you will be happy with it long after the sale. We not only want you to be satisfied, we want you to feel comfortable in referring your friends to us and coming back to us for your next wetsuit. We do guarantee that your custom wetsuit will fit properly, and that it will be well constructed. If your suit should require any adjustments in fit when it arrives, we will gladly make them at no additional charge. You pay only for the shipping. Some offshore custom wetsuit makers hold you solely responsible for the fit of your suit and you pay extra for adjustments.

 

Please note that, we do ask that you measure carefully, even repeatedly, so as to get the most accurate measurements.

We don't just make great fitting suits, we service and repair them at  modest rates. If your Liquid Fit wetsuit needs re-stitching, or a new zipper after many dives, or you need alterations because of weight loss or gain, we can take care of it.  We also repair and alter other manufacturers neoprene wetsuits.  Contact us for a quote and we'll take care of it as quickly as possible.

 

We will gladly answer any questions that you have. When you are ordering your suit, we prefer that you contact us by phone.  We like to be on the phone with you when you are doing the measuring, to offer our assistance..  We are available during normal store hours and most evenings up to 9p.m. EST.  Weekend measuring is also an option. If you get our voicemail, please leave us a message with your telephone number. Since we are in Key Largo, Fl, we just might be out doing what we love….scuba diving..  We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

 

All orders are confirmed after we've had a chance to review them. If we have any questions, we will discuss them with you before we make your suit. We want to get it right the first time. Getting the proper answer to all questions is a good way to help ensure that we do.

We accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover.  We also accept checks and money orders if you wish to order by mail. On custom orders, your card will be charged upon our acceptance of the order (after any questions we might have had have been answered). We ship anywhere UPS (United Parcel Service) and other carriers deliver.. If you do not specify a method, we will ship UPS Ground or equivalent service. APO and FPO orders are sent by U.S. Postal Service only. We cannot guarantee to have any suit to you by a specific date. Practically speaking, though, if you give us three weeks or more, you are likely to have it in sufficient time. We do the best we can, but delays can happen in any business for various reasons.
